Appointments and Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours' notice. Failure to give the required notice will result in you losing your treatment/session.

Clients who have purchased a course of treatment but fail to attend their appointment/s will not be entitled to a refund for their missed treatment.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 5-10 minutes in advance so consultation paperwork can be completed, and photographs of your treatment areas can be documented. The details of which are for our use only and kept confidential.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable.

All appointments (unless on a paid course) require a £50 deposit. All appointments require a 48-hour (business hours) cancellation notice.

For treatments over £500, a 50% deposit of the treatment total is required. All appointments require a 48-hour (business hours) cancellation notice.

Deposit fees are deducted from treatments, NOT retail products.

Refunds and Liability:

We do not offer refunds if you have moved countries or to a new location within the united kingdom .

All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds are available for purchases of package sessions. This applies to all treatments.

We cannot transfer or exchange treatments or packages that have already commenced (including your consultation and patch test) to friends or family. They must be carried out by the individual that has purchased the treatments. the refunded amount will be calculated based on the total fee for treatment sessions taken to date, at a single session rate deducted from the total package price.

Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted in the clinic premises due to health and safety. The clinic has the right to refuse treatment if you bring children with you to the clinic. We politely ask that you come to your appointment unaccompanied.

If You have failed to follow any necessary pre-treatment preparation for example poor shaving ,tanned skin (either from the sun or fake tan) medication that was not disclosed or any other possible reason why you can not have treatment before the 48-hour cancellation policy-you will forfeit that session.

Refunds for products/treatments purchased in our clinic:

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on full price, discounted/sale or voucher campaign treatments or products purchased in our clinic.

We are unable to offer refunds on retail product purchased.

If you do change your mind to any treatments or products purchased in our clinic. we can offer to exchange the treatment to another services or give a credit note within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds for products / Treatments purchased online or via telephone:

If for any reason you have changed your mind in relation to your purchase bought online or over the telephone , you have 14 day cooling off period within which you have the rights to ask for a refund .

Please not this 14 days cooling off period does not apply to any purchases made in clinic.

We will not offer any refunds for any redeemed or used pre paid packages or gift cards during the 14day cooling off period .Due to clients safety, we are unable to offer refunds on retail products purchased.

There are no refunds on treatment courses once treatment has started.

Treatment Suitability:

All tattoos/pigmentation/scars must be fully covered prior to any laser treatments. We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. We are unable to guarantee results. Clients undertaking any laser treatment and have had treatment for cancer must be in remission for a minimum of 5 years before treatment can be undertaken. Please shave the area the day before your treatment, failure to do so may result in a lost session.

Vouchers:

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Vouchers are to be used within their validity period.

Not to be used with any other discounted treatments, services, or other offers.

Not for use on pre-booked appointments.

Vouchers are to be used within one year of purchase.

COVID-19:

If you become unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you are not double vaccinated and have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination, please ensure you have no Dermal Filler treatments two weeks before or two weeks after the vaccination.
